Healthy Omelette


6 Eggs

1 Green Onion

Handful of Cherry Tomatoes

Feta Cheese or Gruyere

Ham, cooked chicken or smoked salmon

Salt & pepper, herbs or spices of choice


Step 1

Preheat your oven at 200°C on grill.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix the eggs well until fluffy, add the other ingredients, chopped. Season well.

Step 3

Heat some olive oil in a non stick pan (that can go in the oven)

Step 4

Pour the mixture in the pan, and let it cook for 5-6 minutes until half cooked through.

Step 5

Transfer to the oven and cook another 3-4 minutes until cooked to your liking.

Step 6

Serve with a green salad and a piece of bread.
